Didn’t work
Didn’t work for me. I took it for 4 months and nothing happened… my iron didn’t go up.. so disappointing

You will not regret it.
My 3rd bottle had officially arrived and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. I believe by the end of my first bottle people started noticing but I didn’t notice until I was mid done with my 2nd bottle. I haven’t changed my eating or lifestyle, just started taking this supplement and it’s been a game changer. I have tried folic acid, collagen, etc and nothing was working for me so I was extremely skeptical about this but I took a chance and it paid off. At this point, the new hair is starting to lay flat so the pic doesn’t do it justice but yall 🥲 i have little pieces like the pic ALL over my head.

Works for hair loss - worth if!
Coming back after taking this product for 30 days. Until I started taking this product I had tried everything for hair loss and spent hundreds of dollars but my hair kept getting worse. After probably 2-3 weeks I noticed a significant decrease in shedding and my hair is on the up! No new growth yet, but I know that’ll come in time.

Not harsh on stomach
Have been low on iron and these have worked great and not been to hard on my stomach. Have helped my iron levels.

Breakouts
This product has given me terrible breakouts and Amazon will not let me return it. Quite unfortunate because it is not cheap. Coming back and editing my review. The company has since reached out to me and refunded my money and so graciously offered to help me with any other product I want to purchase. I am satisfied so I am changing my 2 star to 4
