excellent and filling
great taste and rubbery chewy which is satisfying and filling. Coffee date bite is bitter crispy and dates mixed in it. I liked the cookie flavour better.

Too sweet
A protein bar should be perfect balance between calories, protein, carbs. They advertised it as high in fiber but in reality each bar has less than 1 g of fiber. Even though they claimed it to have less than 2g of suger content each bite of the bar tastes like eating a tb spoon of sugar syrup. Still giving 3 stars due to protein content. Overall: Not worth buying this brand protein bars.

Tastes great but...
This is one of the best tasting protein bars I've ever had but this is definitely not made with natural ingredients. The fructo oligosaccharide used in this bar is an artificial ingredient that can causes a lot of gastric discomfort. I need to run to the bathroom three hours after having one bar so please avoid this and go for something made with all natural ingredients.
