Can you use this to cover a marble countertop?

Yes I think you could. However for something like that I would look into Stone Coat or something meant for countertops.

Seller, Can this resin be used on an outdoor surface will the sun uv rays and rain ruin it with time or can an additive be added for uv protection?

Hi. I am not the seller. But i have purchased 3 times this item. Its very good and no strong smell. I did not use it out door but i think its uv resist and yellowish.. Anyway nothing stay long under heat and sun light but sum resist linger

Do I need an oven for it to harden all the way or just pour and wait?

No oven required. But you do need a blow dryer to blow off any bubbles right have you pour. Then let it sit for at least three days. I had never used it, till a couple of years ago, but I really like it.
