Is this compatible with ET-2850? Thanks

Hi there, yes, our T04D1 Ink Maintenance Box is compatible with ET-2850 priter.

I installed as instructed on my et-2760, however printer still says "the ink pad needs service contact epson". is there another step needed?

I didn't have a problem, I inserted it, made sure it was in securely and ran head cleaning procedure, and my machine reset. I have the ET3760.

Et-4750 must have an older or newer model. my et-4750 does not look like the videos shown. where is the maintenance box?

for ET4750, the militance box is located at the back of the printer behind where the ink tanks are. Unless you have another model printer then it will be elsewhere. If you cannot locate it, check your printer manual.

option to contact seller does not appear on my order . This ink pad does not work after installing is there something additional needed to be done?

Hi there, we upload a installation video of T04D1 ink maintenance box for your reference. Please feel free to contact us via logging in your Amazon Account > Click Your Account > Your Orders > Find your order and Click Contact Seller.
