I recently purchased a neck and back massager, initially swayed by a substantial 78% discount off its listed price of $179, making it a $40 purchase. Although the current discount shows only a reduction from a listed price of $54 to the same end cost of $40, the massager itself is worthy of high praise. The massager earns a full 5-star rating from me primarily due to its outstanding performance. It offers three speed settings and three different modes, allowing me to customize the massage experience to my liking. The ability to switch directions adds to its effectiveness, ensuring that all the right pressure points are targeted. This feature has been particularly beneficial in providing relief and relaxation. Another impressive aspect is the firm pressure applied by the massager. It is potent enough to offer a deep, satisfying massage, akin to what you might expect from professional hands. This level of pressure and the ability to vary it is a significant factor in why I consider it the best massager I've ever had. However, there is one minor drawback. The heat function seems to be either very subtle or non-existent, as I've hardly noticed any heating effect during use. While this is a slight disappointment, it doesn't detract from the overall massage quality. Despite the confusion with the pricing and the less effective heat feature, the effectiveness of the massager in relieving neck and back discomfort is undeniable. Addendum.... I should add that shortly after I wrote my, what was a 2 star, review, the company reached out to offer an apology and a full refund. I gladly accepted and was happy that no hoop jumping was required on my part. Origional Review: I've used this massager less than 10 times over 33 days before it started to make random a horrible clicking/grinding noise. The only way to get it to stop is to shift to a different position that is either less comfortable or greatly reduces the pressure and effectiveness of the massage. I'd like to return this piece of junk for a refund but I think I'm 3 days too late, which is a crock. I should have actually returned it right away because there were too many things I didn't like about the design.... the cord to the controller is too short (another 12" or a remote control would be much better), the pad's shape and the configuration of the massaging balls just can't provide a good massage of the neck/ upper trapezius region unless you jack your posture into a very wrong position, it's not powerful enough to deliver a decent massage to the mid-back or lumbar region without straining the machine, the massaging balls gets too hot after about 20 min of use, and it unplugs itself too easily if you shift, which is unavoidable. In short; investing some time arranging pillows and folded towels on/under/around this massager to find a comfortable & effective configuration between body and massager, can lead to an OK massage. But it's not engineered to provide more than "a fluff and buff" massage without straining it to an excessively early demise. It might be okay for an excessively petite person or just one's extremities. Average to above average body size types who are looking to relax and have their neck or back massaged should keep scrolling.

This neck massager is so loud that it disturbs everyone in my house when I use it. The noise is worse than a vacuum cleaner, so I can only use it when everyone’s out. It’s also clunky and hard to adjust; the straps are stiff and don’t move smoothly, so I have to struggle to get it into the right position. The massage itself is ineffective; it doesn’t do anything to relieve my neck pain, even after using it for 30 minutes straight. I’m stuck with this noisy, useless device because the return process is too complicated.

The massage balls are strong but gentle. I can definitely feel relief. Small but big enough to massage my neck and shoulders. I love it So I've had this now for about 3 weeks and used it about 4 times. Yesterday it stopped working. The heat continued but three balls stopped rolling. I returned it and am awaiting the replacement. I will update on the next one. So the company responded quickly and sent me a replacement. The new one is working fine. Sometimes these things happen and what matters is having a company that cares and is ready to help with the situation. I would definitely order again from them.
