My son has had a huge ball of wax in his ear that I haven't been able to clean. The doctor tried but he was hysterical. She recommended it get some drops. I ordered these and with the first use a huge chunk came out just a few hours later. I can see the rest loosening up in there. I can wait to see it all come out. My son is under 3 years old and he stayed calm and the spray didn't bother him. First photo was the inside of his ear. The other 2 photos are of the chunk that came out.

i like this product its effective for my baby and my toddler they are not scared and i used this product for my self too easy to use and less dangerous its worth it.

I have been using this for my baby as I noticed hard dark yellow guck from his ears. I opted for this brand (I was debating between this or Debrox, which I think is the "adult" version). However I really liked the natural ingredients that this CleanEars Baby was made with and so opted for this brand. My baby has not had any allergic reactions and while it is awkward to spray (I do find a time when my baby is more relaxed and doesn't notice this long tube about to go into his ears). I do find that there is less guck and much cleaner. Definitely recommend

My son loves the water and as a result gets some ear wax issues. This is a simple but effective product for us, especially right before bath time, and has a pleasant smell. Down sides: I wish the bottle size was bigger for the dollar amount. The bottle leaks at the top a bit due to the pressures inside, which is super annoying so place it in a ramakin or something to avoid oil rings.

I am usually too busy to leave reviews, so the fact that I'm taking time to rate this product goes to show how thrilled I am with it. My kids have had wax plugging their ears for years. At doctor's rec I tried other products like Debrox with absolutely no luck and some frustration (clogged sensation). After an ear infection last summer after swimming in the ocean, and constant clogged ears every time they swam, I was determined to clear out their ears before summer swimming season came. I got this product, the Wax Blaster MD ear irrigator, and one of those tiny LED ear cameras so I could see what was going on inside. I did a couple days of putting this oil in their ears, and then got to work with the irrigation. It took several rounds of letting the oil sit for 30 mins, then irrigating with a few spray bottles full of water, but eventually it worked!! It got out several pea sized chunks of wax from each ear. Overall it was safe and mostly comfortable for my kids. The initial spray was startling for them, but not painful. It was also oily when dripping out which annoyed one kid, but that's how it works, and once they realized how well this works, they were more than willing to put up with the minor sensory issues. Can't recommend this product enough!

My 2yr old has a lot of ear wax build up in her ear and I purchased this to help prevent us from needing intervention in the doctors office that could be traumatizing. I was wrong to assume my 2yr wold would lay still long enough to allow this to coat her ear. It has only been a battle to try to use on her and it just makes her hair oily/greasy. Cotton balls arent an option for us either. For what little I managed to get in her eaer, nothing seemed to even soften it. I need to have better realistic expectations as a parent when I try to buy stuff like this.

I had an outer ear infection and needed to clean my ear from the residue gunk. I looked around the net and found this one. It's easy to use and helped to clean my ear after a few days of usage.

Although I am an adult..I have very sensitive ears. Often suffer with blocked ears on flights which on more than one occasion resulted in perforated ear😪 To avoid that happening i try to clear any wax a couple of weeks before flight. Other brands can be quite aggressive & sting when applying. I was so happy I tried this one. I was doubtful that it would work but it really did ..within three days my ears were clear ☺️ Easy to use 1-2 puffs in each ear. Three times per day. The ear wax is gently dissolved. It helps to tilt head to one side to let the wax remover soak in a bit before running out No discomfort. No bad smell. No preservatives. Contains olive oil, phytosqualin & spearmint oil. 15ml - this lasts me for about a year. Good price. Easy to use. Very effective. Whatever your age it is definately worth trying👌

Great for cleaning my out ears. This is the second bottle I’ve purchased. One spray in each ear, used on both kids and adults and they soften and loosen u earwax and makes it easier to wipe or pick away. Easy to apply but does give you a weird sensation each time to spray into an ear hole
