Very pleased with this product. It has all the essential ingredients in a confusing market of choice . I have found skin & hair improvement which I actually noticed in the first month. Very effective & I have been using for 6 months now & will continue .

Works well for hair and nails
This item was delivery quickly and packed appropriately. I have taken this for 6 months l have noticed improvement in some areas of my hair and huge improvement in the strength and length of my nails. I have now purchased six months worth again.

rather expensive
This is quite an expensive replacement to my previous collagen powder. I've taken to drinking it with slightly warm water as the tablets stick in my aoesophegus and I can feel them not going down smoothly. The warm water trick seems to help. To be honest, I haven't noticed much either way from taking them but hopefully it's doing something. Think I preferred the powder as it could be added to milkshakes in the morning. These tablets must be taken with food which means I sometimes forget to take them.
