Yes, the set contains 2 bottles of Sinker white inks. You can also buy the Sinker white separately in larger bottles.

Is a blending solution included? If not, which one should I use?

I don't know what a blending solution is. In this collection, there doesn't seem to be one specifically for blending. However, the colours are really nice and vibrant. I'm enjoying using them and it's worth spending a little extra when compared to other cheaper brands.

Begginer question, is the alcohol inks in this product better than the epoxy resin pigment 16 color liquid epoxy resin dye set?

They both serve a different purpose.. I wouldn't be without my alcohol inks.. they are a complete game changer.. you can only get the petri effect with the alcohol inks and the white sinker ink. I tend to use the pigment if I want a more solid effect.. alcohol inks are more transparent.. Go onto YouTube and watch Daniel Cooper tutorial videos.

Can they be used with uv resin?

Yes they can Quite a few Youtubers have tested them out and found them the best for using with UV resin. I have only used mine a few times and find them to be vibrant and colourfast.
