Chalkboards generally have a "flat" (not glossy) finish, and while Scratch Remover may remove the scratch, it would also likely create a shiny spot which might be more distracting than the scratch itself. In other words, I wouldn't recommend it.

can i use it to remove scratches on handbag hardware?
