Perfect for PT exercises at home! I almost thought I was scammed because AIREX brand is expensive. But I snagged this one for $43 (with tax) and the item is exactly as described. It’s lightweight and squishy—perfect for reducing knee pain while kneeling down. I tried getting a cheaper knee pad from Gorilla Grip, which is a decent knee pad, but my knee needs the support provided with the AIREX foam. It’s anti-slip—already tested balancing on it—and easy to use for my home exercises. I cannot comment on the durability given that I just got it, but this “basic” one feels pretty close to the “elite” ones my PT uses and those hold up with a bunch of patients coming in and out, so I’m hopeful this one will hold up too.

Gotta work on that ankle stability and this is the perfect pad to do it

Exactly as expected. Recommended by a physical therapist to use for balance, and adding height to a seat. Not slippery. Doesn’t compress like a pillow or foam seat cushions. Seems very durable. Easy to move. Dimensions in the description are accurate.

Excellent product, fantastic price including shipping. This balance pad has massively helped with my PPPD therapy. It also doubles as a great floor cushion when sitting in seiza (kneeling Japanese-style) or sitting cross-legged. I've scraped it up by accident over time but it is holding up well.

They have these in most every PT office for a reason. It’s stupid expensive for a big foam pad, but it actually does help strengthen all these little muscles in your ankle that you didn’t even know were there.

Helps with balance. Size is great. Quality seems good. I’ve only had this item for about 48hrs After using the pad for a couple of weeks I had to bring my stars down… although it has everything I need in a balance pad it is not holding up

Excellent item to work on balance.

This mat is worth the money for sure . I have vestibular problems and was using pillows to stand on for my balance exercises. The mat is so much better and may look like any other Mat but it’s not . It’s amazing.

I was thrilled to get the Airex balance pad. However after two months of daily use it looks awful. I have been very careful with it but its surface is badly nicked and an edge has broken off. I will probably replace it because it’s an eyesore now. I would not recommend it.
