Small aquarium pumps with a big heart, this is for you.
My Son has a large Vivarium for his recent Chinese Water Dragon. She is not a replacement for his much much larger dearly loved Nile Monitor Lizard who sadly passed from Cancer several months ago, but as a youngster she will now inherit his large Vivarium. A couple of additions for her are an internal pond with a waterfall and an additional rain feature. Both of these require pumped water from the pond. I have had a couple of this specific pump over the past in a tropical turtle tank and they have proved faultless. So apart from previous purchases to support our requirements, these have been grabbed as spares. Their reliability is beyond doubt but to have a couple in the cupboard is for us the best options.

Great little pump
A great little water pump. Only complaint is that it could do with a longer lead, but in fairness it did the job for my garden water feature.

13mm Fitting Does Not Fit
The 13mm adaptor is too small for the recess. The only way to get it to stay in place was to araldite it. That done it works but TBH not very well. I bought this based on the claim that it could elevate water up to 0.7M. So I measure my fountain feed which came out at 0.4M. So I bought it. Sadly it is just not strong enough & even though water does reach the target it is very slow.Should have paid a bit more for something a little more upmarket methinks now.
