Great product, great service.

Last year, my doc told me that I'm not getting enough fiber. So, in the morning, I start with those chocolate Metamucil cookies (reviewed here somewhere) and halfway through the day, I pop a few of these pills. They aren't cheap, but they sure are convenient. Not much else to say. I guess this is the shortest review I've ever written.

It works with no side effects. Great value for the money.

Fiber is important but very hard to get without spending alot of time buying the right foods and then cooking them. this is the easy way. STILL EAT those veggies but this is a great way to add some fiber if 1.5 cups of lentils is not your thing most days. Try with the veggies but this is a good standby on days you just don't get enough of the high fiber foods. Tasteless, pill form, take with liquids.
