Good flavor. Makes the process a little simpler.

No ingredient's panels and so if you are trying to make low carb biltong, look elsewhere.
I actually wrote the company. They refused to tell me the carb contents. I usually get my spices from Cape Town or make my own, but was feeling lazy. I am on a strict Keto diet and I make sugar free biltong using Allulose as a sweetener. The spice smelled really good but none for me, thanks!
