Very disappointing experience with .
I received the product on 30 April 2026, and by 1 May 2026 it had already started showing issues — disturbing/crackling sound during calls, making it unpleasant to use. What made the experience worse was that refused replacement and asked me to visit a service centre, but the nearest one is around 270 km away, which is unrealistic for a newly delivered product. A product developing faults within a day of delivery and then no practical replacement support is unacceptable. I genuinely feel my money has been wasted. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying products. Very bad quality 👎👎👎👎

Don't buy Under rate headset
Few weeks ago I bought this earphone on Amazon. I choose this only for price which slightly lower than my previous headphone. After I had started to use I got severe ear pain. Since then I have been using my mobile phone without headset. Next features of headset are very limited as it is basic headset but Have mic with speaker. As this is not blutooth headset don't care about battery life. For me this is very simple and ordinary headset. It's life only for 2 or 3 months if you used regularly for works. So it's totally waste of money people like me.

IT IS WELL AND GOOD AND LASTS LONGEST OUT OF ALL AVAILABLE WIRED HEADPHONES AT THIS PRICE BUT AFTER 3-4 MONTHS IN ONE EAR IT WILL STOP WORKING AND THEN THE OTHER EAR ONE WILL LAST TILL ATLEAST 2 YEARS
