KAYMAN Neoprene Dumbbells Pair 1/1.5/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10kg Hex Weights

Great dumbbells , nice to hold and work with, value for money.

I bought these as part of my home workout setup and they’ve been a great addition. The neoprene coating gives them a soft, grippy feel which makes them comfortable to hold, even when your hands get a bit sweaty. Unlike bare metal dumbbells, they don’t feel slippery and they don’t dig into your palms. The coating also protects floors if you set them down a little heavily, and they don’t roll around thanks to the flat edges. That makes them practical if you’re using them on hard flooring or in a small space. In terms of durability, the neoprene finish feels thick and well bonded, so I don’t expect it to peel easily. I’ve been using them regularly for a few weeks and there are no scuffs or chips. The weights are accurate and well balanced, and the compact size means they’re easy to store. The only thing to keep in mind is that neoprene coated dumbbells can feel slightly bulkier compared to pure metal ones of the same weight, but for most home workouts that’s not really an issue.

Nice design, feel good to hold and to use.

I have dumbbells with metal rings but I just find them uncomfortable to hold and bulky. These 8kg ones are a good price and I have some sense that they're going to be a bit more user-friendly. For instance, the hexagonal shape means they're not going go roll around and can be used for certain exercises. They arrived in good condition and I am finding them preferable to a metal bar with a load of metal rings on it. My only slight reservation is that the central bit you hold onto is pretty thick and even as a tall man my hand can barely get around it. I'm able to use it fine for my exercises without fear of it slipping, but my lady wife won't use them with her small hands as she can't get a good enough grip. I would say that's an important consideration for a potential user of the 8kg ones. I guess that's just a factor in making them relatively small but still the right weight.

Lovely tactile dumbbells - I upgraded from 1.5kg to the 4kg. Nice easy firm grip, not too heavy for a 65 year old who wants to keep fit. Also love the colour! Came nicely packaged.

Good quality

Very good use all the time

Brilliant little thing. I have been using this everyday since I got it. Unfortunately I have to stop for while to finger injury that I have hurt at work. Not able to lift it. Soon am better I am back on it. It was perfect weight. Lovely comfort from the weight. Easy to use. No odor. Great value for money.

Love these for home use and coating is very comfortable to use, don't know at this stage how durable the coating is
