How does it help with pull-ups? Do you wrap around a pull-up bar and somehow put feet in loops?

I wrap around pull-up bar then put one foot in the lower loop. Put opposite foot over to trap it so it doesn’t snap up and hurt me……

Is this a cheap knock off of Iron Infidel. It seems like you copy a lot of their designs.

The quality is high…so definitely not cheap. Not familiar with Iron Infidel to say whether there is similarities though.

What is the length of each band?

Not sure. I haven’t used in awhile. If I had to guess 18-24inches. Work well when I do use.
