Does this provide uva & uvb protection

This is a fixture that comes with a ShadeDweller 7% UVB bulb, this amount UVB is not ideal for Lizards as they require 12% or higher for the most part. I use this for some my snakes. If you want something bigger then I recommend a Arcadia Pro T5 which at 12% is what I use for my BTS. This does not come with any protection against UVB

Is the bulb included?

Yes, the bulb is included in the kit

Any tips on fitting this, I find it very fiddly. No addesive to stick reflective strip with mine.

Hello, The unit should just be able to be screwed into the top of your vivarium using the supplied brackets. Kind regards, Swell UK
