Will it start a completely dead battery?

I started a vehicle with stolen battery, just use "boost" button. This button forces voltage to be present from YESPER even when no voltage detected from target. The normal safety protocol requires target voltage to be detected before YESPER will supply voltage itself this safety is YESPER proving correct cable hookup. In my nobattery present jump the Vehicle started right up and remained running. Obviously, target vehicle died the instant I removed YESPER and I did not let YESPER stay connected but a few seconds. The point of here is to say yes, it will start when a vehicle with a totally dead battery.

Is this yesper set up to allow for faster home charging, like using a 30w usb c charger wall adapter? or some other way to speed that up? thanks!

If after hooking this up and cranking the starter it does not start what steps need to take place to try and start it again?

Ok...when you read the little booklet it will tell you...there is a little button near the blinking green light you press to fully energize...that should get you your solid green light.
