Such an affordable mineral sunscreen that starts with a blue cast on dark skin but then fades once the product melts. It's still mineral so there will be a slight white cast but add make up over, it helps protect from visible light too which is an added benefit of tinted make up. the quantity for price, for formula is unmatched. NO break outs, sensitive skin approved.Pro tip: I also use this as a barrier repair cream after heavy active ingredient nights. It basically the same ingredients as diaper rash cream that is going viral for barrier repair to this is more of a moisturizer than just sunscreen for me. Be sure to wash your face night and morning and exfoliate when using this every day multiple times a day like me! If I'm not using it as a sunscreen, I only use a tiny amount to prevent close comedones.

The sunscreen is not scented which is always a plus. The yellow tint was not noticeable on my deep bronze skin. My skin is sensitive to many chemical products but not this one. The product blended in well into my skin both when dry and when using a moisturizing toner. There was not a white cast after giving it a few minutes to be absorbed by the skin. Most oil-based sunscreens leave my skin feeling greasy when perspiring but the Eucerin 50 was a pleasant surprise. The perspiration felt normal and not greasy.Overall, I am very pleased with the product. It is great for active people who normally sweat away sunscreen. Eucerin 50 left my skin feeling very soft after washing it off. This is the first mineral oil-based sunscreen that I have found to be satisfactory. I believe it to be a good value at the twenty-dollar or less price range.Warning!: It can stain your clothing. Do not store oil-based sunscreens in a hot environment like your automobile. The ingredients will separate.

My mom love it, she said it absorbs well on her skin and the white color disappears quickly. FYI She’s 80 years old.

So far so good, for rosacea cheeks. I switched over from the Eucerin Face Gentle Protection Daily Lotion SPF 30 and though i appreciate this one being Octinoxate free , I dont enjoy the application as much. I used to love old daily protection’s pump bottle and a light non cakey application that just glided over my skin, this one definitely does not! Its heavy going on like the consistency of diaper cream. That said, it does work well with my rosacea skin which says a lot! Even other well known sensitive skin brands irritate my skin but so far no stinging, no irritation. And after a few minutes it does absorb into the skin well, no major white cast and within 30 minutes I didnt feel that stickiness typical with sunscreen. Pretty good! My only concern is upon delivery there was no box nor safety seal. It seems anyone could just tamper with it without the consumers knowledge which is scary.

After 20 rounds of radiation, I was given a list of exactly four things I could put on my face--things like water and Vaseline. Of course, I was also instructed to wear SPF in "all visible light." However, finding a sunscreen my skin could tolerate proved to be a challenge, as even those made with clean ingredients, marketed for babies, and/ or claiming to be hypoallergenic resulted in hot, angry rashes. Price point also didn't matter; I tried everything from drugstore to premium brands.Thankfully, when this product came on the market, my dermatologist suggested I try it. I've been wearing it ever since. It IS thick so I usually rub any remaining face moisturizer into my palms and then add the Sunscreen, rubbing and warming it between my palms to make it more easily spreadable. Then I press it onto the skin on my face with my palms and fingers--I don't like to pull or tug too much at the skin on my face. At first, there is a visible white cast, but it disappears within a couple of minutes.If I'm really in a hurry, now I can mix a tiny bit of my foundation into the sunscreen so that it spreads faster and I can move on from the white cast faster--I know I lose some sun protection factor that way, but my derm says I also gain some protection in the tinting, so it's okay. The important thing is that I get it on in whatever time I have.I'm just grateful to have found something that doesn't upset my crazy-sensitive skin! This stuff is fabulous. Barely any smell at all, and despite going from “I haven’t seen the sun in 15 years and just rose from my coffin” white to playing in the pool 1 - 5 hours for five days straight, I have no burns. Just a little bit of nice color. I usually never just get color, even with other sunscreens. I just burn and turn red. I’m one of those super sensitive skin girlies, too, but I’ve had no problems with this. So, it’s been very refreshing. It may leave you with a little bit of a white cast, but if I rubbed it it well, I didn’t find it to be noticeable. Also, for any other sun poisoning peeps out there, this has really done me solid in keeping me from breaking out in the itchies. Usually it’s worst on my arms, chest, and cheeks, but all of that feels great. The only thing that itches and got lumpy were the backs of my hands (the ONE place I forgot to put sunscreen). Derp. Highly recommend, though.

Terrible for normal/combo skin! I applied sunscreen to my clean, dry face – without moisturizer. After waiting 25 minutes, I checked to see if the product hadn’t absorbed into my skin. It remained on top of my skin in a shiny, slippery, greasy film that rubbed off onto anything it touched. It’s settled thickly into crevices and fine lines, especially in the folds of my eyelids. There was so much shine – not glow – on my skin that it created flashback when I took a picture. Somehow, the sunscreen made my skin appear both oily and dry at the same time! Many other reviewers said that they successfully put make up over this sunscreen, but I cannot imagine how this would be successful, unless the makeup finish was incredibly matte. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any sunscreen!
