Nice hand ball
Quick ship. Just as described. I’m a senior w arthritic hands. I bought this to strengthen my hands. It’s perfect for me. It has a nylon type cover over the med. soft rubber ball. I can grip this pretty hard but not squish it. There is a noticeable difference in my hand strength after a couple weeks of using it a few minutes a day.

Get a soft ball to exercise fingers
Easy to use to exercise my fingers. The size was just right for my hand. I like having a soft ball to exercise my finger. This one was perfect for me.
