Provided the measurements of the product fit your needs then yes or you can cut it wit a jigsaw as I did But be aware that you will need a glue fixture I used no nails the strip on the back is not removable ii is not self sticking but a great product Trevor

Is this solid pvc or a layer of pvc over a foam core

It's solid pvc I drilled it to fix to door frame

Can this be bent to a slight curve

As there are two different profiles to the edges, I would not have thought it possible to introduce a curve, however as this not an expensive item it may be worth attempting, perhaps making up a jig then placing the plastic in hot water and trying to achieve the shape you require.
