Can I washed the cards by water?

Yes, I washed them after sprinkle with some milk.

Are the words on the cards clear?

Yes they are clear against the black, however the Red deck is much easier to distinguish between red and white than the blue deck which uses a much softer blue in order to contrast well with the black. This is, I think, noticeable in the photo. Very few games require you to make this distinction quickly so it should not be an issue.

How bend-resistant are these? assuming normal shuffling via bending the card in the middle. i'm worried about fatigue / "marked" over time

The cards are sturdy and made of good quality stock paper. We tested the gold and silver foil cards by shuffling and bending them backward & forwards. We burnished, glued, and pulled them apart to see if the foil would rub off, but it didn't. They seem to align back to their original form every time.

How do these compare to KEM cards?

The cards were purchased only because they were black (as thst is my favorite color ) & to go w/my Halloween costume. They are slippery .. as they are plastic -- but I love them !!
