what is the lenght of the vanity from edge to edge with drawers included?

The dimensions are as stated but it can go larger by placing drawer unit more to the side. I love this vanity

Can the 3 drawer be moved inwards more or does it actually have to stay sticking out the way it is in the photos?

The desk simply rest on the drawers. Screw the gold legs to the bottom of the other side of the desk with the included screws. I used an electric screw driver. The little white plugs go into the bottom of the gold legs. Simply tap in with a small hammer. Mine came without instructions also.
