is this compatibile with asus tuf a17 FA707 2022 ?

Yes! I've purchased 1 X 16gb and it worked with the single stick already in. Keep in mind that some laptops mostly the Intel version (F) has the dual stick configuration already in, but varies from laptop to laptop. The ASUS TUF is limited to 32GB of Ram.

16GB , spec says that the device can be upgraded to max of 24GB

What are the timings and speed?

these are CL40 and very stable chips, and fine at there stock speed with no issues on the latest 12th and 13th gen intel cpus, but if getting for an amd laptop then your need to get the chips with EXPO setting for the sweetspot of the cpu, example 7000 series is 6000mhz with latency as low as CL32 or lower if you can. Intel CPUs are not as senesetive to speed or latency as they have alrger memory bandwidth on chip anyways.
