| Warranty Summary | This product is covered by a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions: • The warranty covers only manufacturing or structural defects and is subject to on-site verification of such defects by our quality control team. The defects that are covered under this warranty are limited to: o Defective construction o Faulty joints & springs o Termites or Borer infestations, only if reported within 7 days of delivery. We undertake to exchange or repair the product - provided the same is reviewed, verified and confirmed as a manufacturing defect by our Quality control team.
