I’ve tried several different supplements from this company and I recommend any and all the products. These probiotics are top notch and I can can honestly feel such a difference while taking them versus other brands I’ve tried in the past. I have a lot less inflammation in my gut and less bloating. I also love that they have digestive enzymes because it helps me digest fatty foods better.

Unfortunately this product gave me gastrointestinal pains

Having an autoimmune disease that brings digestive issues, as well as the relationship of the gut and AI, digestive enzymes and probiotics are very helpful for me. My doctor suggested for me to often rotate probiotics- I can go back to ones that I'm doing well with, just on rotation. I've been doing fine with this product. My symptoms have not flared-up- meaning, it doesn't seem to be doing anything negative. It has been helping with digestion. Unless something changes my mind (which I'll update about, if so), they seem worthy of getting again in the future. They came in good shape and sealed well

The bottle was properly sealed, the capsules are intact, the expiration date is well away. As I’ve only been taking 3 days I haven’t seen any major effects yet, but I’ll update once the full bottle has been finished. I will say that this 30 capsule bottle, at 2 pills a day, is way too small, but as I got it as a free trial I’m not too surprised by that. If you’re purchasing get a bigger bottle. This has 60 billion cry and 11 strains. Minimum I would say is actually useful is 45-50 billion and 9, so this is a decent set of probiotics, not weak crap. The strains are pretty similar to what I see in most probiotics

So finished my bottle, one capsule a day. My stomach felt good nothing spectacular for someone who takes probiotics daily. Don't think I would order this brand again though as other probiotics I have taken I have had better results. Just okay for me
