Used these for my 2-3 hour bike rides for hydration. I add a touch of apple cider vinegar to keep cramps at bay, just in case.. imo, it enhances the flavour too.

I do want to say that I wish so much it could be a bit on the cheaper side. It is very, very expensive. In my case, Nuun is effectively medicine, not just something to help me after exerting a lot of energy. So I will keep buying it at whatever price, but I just have a hard time with the price. Taste of tablets is good,one table is sufficient for 500-600 mL. Unfortunately, tables are already sticking together and take longer to dissolve. Nevertheless still happy with the product.
