What is the size of the pill/caplet? Is there a photo?

I don't have it on me. It is capsules with white powder in it, if I am not mistaken. The thing that surprised me is that it worked on my muscle contractions due to FMS really quickly when other complexes did not.

Is this a non-buffered one?

I have never heard heard buffered Mg2+! Why would you need to buffer it? It is not acidic nor alkaline!. This is a chelate. Meaning that it is chemically bonded to two other molecules. I am a biochemist and we call these metal ion complexes. This one is absorbed faster I find than plain Mg2+. It will cause peristaltic which is the process by which food/fluids/called boluses move through your GI tract. So, it will make you go number 2 quickly and a lot. It is doing its job of acting on muscle nerves [Peripheral Nervous System]. I am not sure how or why you would buffer Mg2+. But it is a chelate/ metal ion complex and I find that it works great. I would highly recommend it. Plus Webber Naturals is a Canadian brand that makes their products in British Columbia and I have a lot of supplements from them and they are of high quality. So, buy it.

Might want your magnesium levels checke before taking!

This magnesium definitely raises your mag levels! I was taking 1 capsule at night. I had several spells of Tachycardia at 4:00AM. My dr checked my magnesium and potassium level and the Mag was over the recommended limit so I quit taking it. Doc said to take 1/3 of that dose. Have to find a lower dose. He suspects that the high mag levels caused my Tachycardia!
