A good book about being lazy.
This is an interesting and well written book. The lazy lifestyle is promoted, as one would guess from the title. Most of the advice revolves around making your own decisions about life and basically trying to avoid working in a cubicle.

Zelinski's Lazy Person's Guide to Success seemed like it would be a good book for a close friend who can't seem to stay with a job, an apartment or house, and is generally dissatisfied (and also likes to sleep in and do as little as possible). The problem is, the book's central message is "lose your desire for everything, then you'll have attained success because you have all you now want." This is not particularly helpful for anyone who has to live in this society. It's especially not helpful for those who are already low on motivation and who already don't particularly desire to work. This book assumes the target person is independently wealthy, or has relatives who are delighted to let the person endlessly sponge off of them. What a waste of money this book was -- use the cost of this book to give the person an extra half-tank of gas and a local paper with job ads instead.
