Great little scale
Great little scale! Pretty accurate.

Bright and simple
Very bright and clear display. One button serves all functions: rotate to select units, press to start/zero display.Looks great on counter.I'd prefer a little larger footprint though.
User
Not accurate
Doesn’t recognize 1-3 gram/ml differences. Feels pretty unreliable and for measuring my matcha it’s totally useless.

Obvious QA Issue and Poor Service…But Great When It Works
It’s weirdly hard to find a non-hideous kitchen scale with all the functions I use. I was thrilled when I saw this one. Unfortunately, upon receipt, it didn’t work. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to turn it on. I tried replacing the batteries, holding the button down for different increments of time, double tapping the glass, etc. I ended up googling it, and found tons of reviews stating the same issue. Eventually, I realized that the only way to turn on the scale was to remove and replace the batteries. Obviously that’s a non-starter. I submitted for a return/replacement, and the new one seems to be working normally. Two stars for that, but still a whole lot of minus stars for the time and hassle when it’s clearly a known issue. Also, the fact that it’s on the consumer to manage the return of an obviously broken item is extremely annoying. Requiring someone to drive to a Whole Foods, stand in line, etc. rather than just issue an automatic refund is absurd when it’s a known issue.

Attractive and easy to use
This is much easier to use than other scales I’ve tried. More intuitive so you don’t have to constantly refer to instructions. Pretty enough to leave out on the counter.
