I rarely write reviews, but this massage chair has genuinely exceeded my expectations and deserves one. After spending a lot of time comparing different brands and models, I decided to purchase the ROTAI 4D Massage Chair, and I can honestly say it has been worth every penny. The first thing that impressed me was the build quality. From the moment it was assembled, it looked and felt like a premium product. The materials, stitching, finish, and overall design give it a luxury appearance that fits beautifully into the room. It doesn't look like a typical bulky massage chair—it has a modern, elegant, high-end feel. The technology is where this chair really stands out. The 4D massage system is incredibly realistic, adjusting the pressure and movement in a way that feels surprisingly close to a professional massage. The SL track follows the natural curve of the spine and continues down to the thighs, providing excellent coverage. The zero-gravity function makes the massage even more relaxing by distributing body weight evenly and taking pressure off the back. The calf and foot massage is outstanding. The rollers and air compression work together to provide a deep massage without being uncomfortable. After a long day, this is probably my favourite feature. We are generally happy with the purchase. In a nutshell, the massage chair provides all the functionality described and is comfortable enough to use for extended periods. It offers a wide range of programmes, as well as plenty of customisation options in manual mode. Before each session, the chair performs a quick height adjustment to better match the user. It fits an average-sized person very well. However, if you are shorter and slimmer, the forearm and shoulder cushions may not work quite as effectively, as they may not make sufficient contact with the body. The chair is fairly bulky and heavy, so it is worth checking that it will fit through your doorways before purchasing. That said, it is fitted with wheels, which makes moving it around, once it is inside a room, considerably easier. The only relatively minor issue, possibly due to the chair’s overall design, is that the underside of the legs around the hamstrings is not really reached during the massage. Other than that, we are pleased with the chair and would recommend it.

I finally bought this massage machine having seen it on Amazon a year or two ago. I first used a massage machine very similar to this one maybe 10 years ago, when I was on holiday and I remember being amazed by it. I was thinking that it was better than a human massage, as you could use the massage chair as many times as you like. I knew if I had the chance to buy something like it and it would be in my price range, I would take the leap as an investment for my well-being. So when I spotted these massage machines being sold on amazon a year or two ago it brought back many memories. I went through all the reviews from all the machines and this specific Rotai brand and model came out on top for me, in terms of the reviews compared to others, it having all the features and being cost effective compared to other ones that were a 3D version. This was important as the research I did was that with 3D massage machines, they were more versatile and move in three dimensions, up and down, side to side, and in and out. Rather than 2D massage machines that only move in two dimensions, up and down and side to side. Rotai have also been around since 1997, so that is 27 years , which is another reason I chose this brand. I was concerned if the machine would fit through the door, as I measured only 2cm extra space I had for one of the three doors it had to go through, when looking at the dimension size on amazon, but luckily it did fit through the door. I got the service paid for on Amazon, to get it through the door, installed and set up. Once I got in it and tried it out, I remember hoping it would be as good as the massage machine I tried 10 years ago and if it would be strong enough. It was as good if not better and it is strong enough. You have a couple of covers on top of the seat that allows the rollers to be gentler and you can wear a jumper or two to make it even more gentler or you can flip over the Rotai cover (photo) so the rollers have less fabric between your back and the rollers, which gives a stronger massage, which is what I preferred. Other older family members that tried it would do it with the covers on to make the rollers gentler and they all loved the experience. Each family member gave the massage machine 10 out of 10, one family member gave it 11/10, all of them had a smile on their face that got bigger, the longer the minutes on the massage session went on. Once you experience the massage machine, you will want to get one. For me, I believe that it is important to have one in the home, just as it is important to have any other appliance like a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer or any other household appliance. This gave me the motivation to take the leap and buy the massage machine after initially seeing it being sold on amazon and I am very happy with it, especially all the different settings and automatic programmes on the machine, including being able to use all or only specific functionalities that you require when using the manual mode. Upon sitting into the machine and starting it, the first thing that came to mind was the comfort of the chair and that it felt like a chair from a sci-fi film , with the robotics and all the movements going on at the same time. You cannot help to smile and laugh once it gets to work because it is so surreal and amazing all at the same time. At first I used the automatic programmes and the airbags all work on the arms, legs and shoulders, your able to increase and decrease the force of the airbags, while this is going on, the rollers beneath the feet are going over pressure points under the feet, all while the rollers are working up and down your back, going all the way down to the buttocks and back up to the neck again. It is all something that has to be experienced to understand just how good it is. There is also a manual mode where you can choose which airbags to use, along with the force, turn on the rollers, the heat can be turned on, along with different massage modes on the rollers, from tapping, kneading, shiatsu and a mixture of all of them, the speed can also be adjusted. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and it’s a worthwhile investment for the health and well-being of myself and family. It has a two year warranty and it can be extended through amazon, I will always have one of these in the home from now on, just like any other essential household appliance. To think people spend £1000+ on mobile phones these days, makes this ROTAI – RT 6891 massage chair, an even more of a worthwhile investment for me.

I’ve been really impressed with the Rotai S56Pro massage chair. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and gives a relaxing full-body massage that really helps relieve tension after a long day. The different massage modes and zero-gravity feature make it feel like a premium experience. Definitely a great investment for anyone looking to unwind at home.

My father has had a massage chair for 20 years which all our family loved. I was tempted to buy myself one from a well-known discount store last December. Thankfully, I didn't bwecause the Rotai chair is 1/3rd of the price of the one I was looking at and it is as good, if not better. I have had the Rotai chair for a few months now and it is fantastic. It feels made with high-quality materials and it has so many options with many automated pre-set massages including energise, recover and relax as well as manual mode that covers kneading, tapping, compression and shiatsu. You can customise the strength, speed ,width and length of the massage. The zero-gravity option is great. It takes you to an almost horizontal position. And, you can stretch out your legs - something other massage chairs I've tried couldn't do. Everyone who sits in the chair falls in love with it. My son said it is the best thing I've ever bought. I love the integrated bluetooth speakers enabling you to listen to your favourite audio. I have to say that the customer support matches the quality of the chair. Outstanding! Emily followed up on my purchase and answered all of my questions. It's good to know when spending quite a large sum of money that, should you have any difficulties, the vendor will help you out. And, if there is a fault, they'll send someone round to help. Simply the best customer service I've encountered anywhere. So, if you're looking for a high-quality massage chair, you won't go wrong with this one. Outstanding chair for an outstanding price with outstanding customer service. If I could give 6-stars for this chair, I would.

I’m genuinely impressed with this massage chair. It feels incredibly comfortable and gives a really relaxing full body massage, especially around the back, neck, shoulders and legs. The zero gravity position is a fantastic feature and makes you feel like you’re completely weightless and able to switch off. The customer service is amazing and assembly was pretty straightforward. I found there are some scratches on the back of the machine. But it is big items I don’t know how to return or exchange as I don’t want to waste more time to settle it I feel upset about this

Bought this for my wife's birthday as she'd wanted one for ages, Found the company to be super helpful and responded to questions both before purchase and after, Amazon delivered very quickly, but we then found it was too big to get through our doors Rotai arranged for an engineer to visit dismantle the chair then reassemble in out lounge, as for the Chair well WOW super easy to use, loads of programmes to sooth every part of your body and make relaxation perfect (Very Happy Wife) I am disabled and even I can get in and out quite easy. the only downside is its very heavy so difficult to move but then how often does it need moving ? not very often. I'd give it 10 out of 10 Good Price Excellent Customer Service does everything you need it to do and if you want to be in your wifes Good Books it's a no brainer.. even the dog likes it

A few practical tips for potential buyers: Break-in Period: Don't be put off by any initial intensity or mild discomfort. As you use the chair more frequently, your body gets used to it and it feels amazing. The manual does suggest using a blanket for the first few sessions to ease the sensation. Delivery & Weight: It is quite heavy, so you may need an extra hand moving it into its final spot. Assembly: Minimal setup required—just attaching the footrest, air hoses, and electrical connectors. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Overall definitely recommend!
