Does ip6 gold powder dissolve easily in water?

IP6 Gold Powder stirs into water easily, but it does not "dissolve." IP-6 has naturally occurring calcium. Because our Unflavored IP6 Gold Powder does not have any added ingredients like citric acid to help it "dissolve," we recommend adding a little citric juice (lemon or orange) to the water.

Why is the serving size 5 grams? For the capsules from this same company, the serving size is about 1 gram (2 capsules).

One scoop of powder equals 8 capsules. Here is our recommended usage: 2 capsules taken twice a day on an empty stomach for overall good health; or 8 capsules (or 1 scoop of powder) twice a day or as directed by health professional for those needing maximum immune support.

why is there calcium in it?

In every IP6 Gold product, the source of IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) is Calcium Magnesium Phytate extracted from rice bran. The calcium is naturally occuring. We do not add it. Researchers believe that the IP-6 acts as carrier to facilitate optimal absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous.

Rice bran has arsenic in it correct?

Since both the IP6 and Inositol in IP6 Gold are extracted from PURIFIED Non-GMO rice bran, arsenic is undetectable. Our ingredients are tested for heavy metals and must meet our standards. Every batch is quality guaranteed. This is one of many reasons to choose IP6 Gold over other brands.
