Excellent 5MP CCTV Camera - Clear Video and Easy Installation!
I'm impressed with the Hik Vision 5MP CCTV camera! The video quality is crystal clear, and the installation process was straightforward. The camera's build quality is solid, and the night vision works great. Perfect for home security or surveillance needs. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experience ever with Amazon
I spent around 3k for installation after 2 days the HDD stopped working when I connected them after more drams eventually understood there is no replacement nor only HDD. I spent again 1k for dismantled and returned them. Total 4K loss from my pocket In terms of camera quality its not as expected since it’s a 5MP camera vehicle numbers are not visible within 5m distance. The HDD they have sent very cheap quality and brand. Not recommended at all.

awesome product good product quality with good night vision capabilities . doesnt consume much power also . just a lan cable or wifi adapter and u will see it from literally anywhere

Very poor product and very bad service. Koi customer care response nahi.. Online charidna matlab hit by chans 2 year ki product gaurety hai lakin... Gaureny ya service ke liye koi proper contact information nahi hai...

Best video quality and easy to install. I have installed it as I don't know how to install earlier but with the instructions they given it is very easy

Be Careful - Internal Parts provided 10 years old
I purchased the DVR with high hopes, but unfortunately, after just over a year of use, I encountered significant issues. The DVR failed to store data properly, prompting me to seek assistance from customer service. To my dismay, I discovered that the hard disk's manufacturing date was in 2011, and it was no longer supported due to its age. Since the warranty had expired, I was left with no recourse for repairs or replacements. This situation necessitates purchasing an entirely new DVR and hard disk, as both components are now dysfunctional. I regret that the product's lifespan fell short of expectations, and the lack of support post-warranty has compounded the issue. Moving forward, I would caution potential buyers to verify the manufacturing dates of crucial components like hard disks to avoid similar disappointments.
