Nice as an add on defense against heat
It is ok, not a miracle. The feeling is as if cooling with a wet towel minus the wetness. It is practical. I can keep it in my purse and re-wet as necessary with a small amount of bottled water on the go. I would purchase it again as it became my first line of defense against heat. It is just that expectations need to be tempered.
