So far so good. This is the second battery I buy from this vendor, and after observing good performance over a year or so, I felt compelled to write a review. The first battery was used for a kids ride on jeep running at 12V. This second battery was to upgrade that same ride on toy to 24V by connecting to the older battery in series. It seems the overcharge, overvoltage, and fault protection in the BMS circuit actually works. We have done all of the above and it still works. I didn't do a formal leakage test, but I know for a fact that it holds charge well over decently long periods of time and cold weather. As long as they don't change their process and material, it's totally good value for your money.

Just ordered this for my daughters offbrand Power Wheels Jeep and man, this thing is so light and holds a charge for a lot longer than her other 12v battery. (16Ah is to thank for that I’m sure). I haven’t tested it to see how long exactly it works, but we made it to the store and grandmas and back the long way which was our destinations so that’s all I needed. Thanks!

I tried to go cheap with another pair of batteries for my electric scooter. After two months or so, they would last maybe half the day. I bought these NERMAK batteries to replace those, charged them over the weekend and they are still going strong! Love 'em! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay, quick update. I've had these batteries for a month. I really liked their performance initially. However, I was tooling around in Lowes Depot in my mobility scooter and my scooter just dies! No lights on the panel at all. I checked the battery connections in the battery box and they were fine. That was my first suspicion. Good thing I kept my old, lead-based batteries that these replaced. I put those back in the battery box and everything fired right up. There is clearly an issue with these batteries. There is no obvious problem with the batteries, no marred area, burn marks, etc. Again, I've had these batteries just long enough that I will be unable to return them. Another issue that I have is that I just ordered another set of batteries for a different scooter - I've got a fleet of them. I haven't installed the latest set yet. I should probably start the return process now.

This is an exact size and connector replacement for the common 12V 12Ah lead acid gel-cell. Everything fits just right and it has about a 1/3 more stored energy than the older lead acid technology at 1/3 less weight. It’s only drawback is the discharge curve. Unlike a lead acid battery which just tapers away as it discharges, this battery just keeps delivering like it’s at peak of charge then knees over very rapidly. Consequently your old technology state of charge indicator will not give you a reliable measure of how much energy you have left; “full, full, full, full, 3/4, dead”.

Holding up after a year of use with no noticeable capacity problems. Use this for a 20w ham radio setup. Easy to charge.

Battery is not terrible by no means , the charge doesn’t last as long as a similarly priced battery that I have. So I’m questioning the 16ah that’s listed. I’m using it on a live scope fish finder.

Purchased a pair of these (16ah version) as a replacement for my children's Peg Perego ride-on toys (John Deer Ground Force, and Polaris). The batteries easily outperform the SLA's that they replaced with excellent performance, longevity, and they fit nicely into the battery compartment on Peg Perego vehicles. As an amateur radio operator, I had been wanting to activate POTA. I pulled one of these from the ride-on toys to attach to my Yaesu FT-991A and the results were just as stellar. While operating at 100W SSB I was able to achieve QSO's without difficulty. During POTA the radio easily covered 100+ contacts during 90mins of 40%TX, 60%RX and still had battery capacity to spare. UPDATE (MAY2025): After 13-months of use and ~35 charge cycles each, my two 16ah batteries are taking 15.430ah and 15.444ah respectively when charged from a fully discharged state. In this test I drained them both with an FT-891 on receive only (1.0ah), and recharged with a proper 2ah charger that came with a Bioenno 12ah battery. On full charge the FT-891 is able to handle a 100W, 250 QSO, 3hr POTA activation assuming very good 20m propogation. I have seen some YouTube videos showing reclaimed cells of slightly different capacity inside Nermak's, and BMS failure (use a properly rated fuse for an extra layer of safety!). I have downgraded 1-star based on Nermak neglecting to state the cell situation. However, their batteries remain a tremendous value where cost/performance is concerned.
