This is my experience with this product. to start with. instructions are horrible, any issues there is no way how you can solve the problem because there is no customer service no where. they show an email address for any questions. I try that and the answer was a bunch of stupid questions. that means the people that sells this product don't have any customer service. I DON'T RECOMEND TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. is better to spend a little bit more for a product that is going to respond to your needs. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The media could not be loaded. Instructions are a bit confusing . You will need to be mechanically inclined or they will confuse you. Works great very strong gate arms and well made.

This item was relatively easy to install but impossible to program with the codes not matching those available. The item would not sync to the key fobs or keypads. Also, the limit switches would not tighten down nor work accurately. Total waste of my time and resources. Bought another type/brand and had it up and running within 2-hours.

Product seemed to be well made, instructions were so bad did not try to install it. Tech support non-existent.

Husband spent two days installing everything to have it not work the electrical stuff was all old and looked corroded. No help from Amazon or company and returns are definitely not hassle free, had to remove unit box it up amd wait until the seller received it for a refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not bit this product.

Instructions are poor no step-by-step you have to do your research online to find out then the product still isn’t that good Limits sensors only work on one and not the other.
