Exact replacement
This is the second time I have had to replace this door latch mechanism in our door to the garage in 14 years. Of course this door is the one we use the most to go in and out. It is an exact replacement and takes only a few minutes to take the old one out and install the new one. All you need is a Phillips head screw driver.
