I’ve been taking Anthony’s Organic Red Maca Powder for over a year and have noticed significantly fewer premenstrual symptoms. I also recently had blood work done, and my ovarian hormone levels were excellent. While many factors can affect hormone health, I believe red maca has played an important role in supporting my hormonal balance. Plus, the taste is one of the best I’ve tried compared to other maca powders. Highly recommend!

The wife really likes it

First, this is my first wee taking this. I’ll be honest, I am NOT a fan of the taste. It’s very earthy and slightly nutty. The texture reminds me of crushed, sifted Cheerios, and the powder itself can be messy to handle since it comes in a bag. I ended up pouring mine into a glass jar, which made it much easier to use daily. I’ve been adding the red maca powder to my morning mushroom coffee with a splash of almond milk and no sugar — which is probably why I don’t love the flavor combination 😅. That said, the energy benefits are very real. This combo gives me a steady, natural boost without jitters. By the end of my workday, I still have enough energy to cook dinner and go about my evening, which is a big plus for me. If you’re sensitive to stimulants like caffeine (I am), I recommend starting with ½ teaspoon. The first time I tried it, I took a full tablespoon — I slept, but it was lighter, in-and-out sleep. I still woke up feeling refreshed, though. I’m personally using red maca during ovulation because it’s often associated with hormone support and fertility. I did notice I had a clear LH surge and peak ovulation while taking it. Overall, I’m giving this 5 stars for energy support, even though the taste isn’t my favorite. If you’re considering trying it — start low, do your research, and pay attention to how your body respond. Good luck!

This product works great! It mixes best with coffee (kinda has a dark chocolate taste). I am a menopausal woman and, ladies, this product delivers energy, vaginal lubrication, and boosts sexual drive and desire. I will be ordering again tomorrow.

Love. I add it to my coffee filter and it gives my coffee a caramel taste. It’s a bit gritty.

Bruuuuuhhhhhh. Ok, so, yes, you'll risk a chance of your stomach getting upset. It took me a bit to get my fiber intake right enough to take this daily and half the dose ended up doing the trick. Now, the best part about it, THE SPICY ACTS FEEL AMAZING. It's not overnight, but after a few of weeks of consistency, its been a game changer for my libido. Also, it's a good price point so if it ends up not working for you, I'm sure you've spent the same amount of money on worse. YOLO.

I’m very happy with this red maca. It gives me a lot of energy and is good for my hormones. I’ve had a great experience with it so far, and I’m already ready to buy a second one. Highly recommend.👍👍
