You definitely feel this right away. I do full body workouts 3-4 times/week. Unfortunately, I have trouble getting a solid mind muscle connection at times (mainly posterior chain). The pump is unreal with this product. I could feel my lats contracting instantly with every rep. Also, I had a lot more energy to do more volume in my training session, and I felt the soreness about an hr after training (usually feel mild or no soreness the day after). This was only my 1st day. Too soon to say if it builds muscle and helps with recovery, but for this price it's definitely worth it even if it's just a placebo effect because the pump is unreal. I ate pre-workout meal at 5am. Took 4 capsules at 6:30am. Trained at 7am.

The ARA does provide a wee bit of boost to give an extra pump. I did experience a slight amount if indegestion, my workout partner had it worse than I. Have noticed 2 partial caps in the one bottle I purchased. Could use a bit of QC on the line. I have been pushing hard in the gym and this product has allowed for a few more reps.

The pump is incredible! I’m about halfway through the bottle, and I noticed results within the first week. I’m also using creatine, so I think the combination is making my muscles feel fuller, helping me lift heavier and push harder for longer.

Not sure if it works, or not. But the rancid smell was distressing, especially since I had to swallow three at a time. Maybe I got a bad batch? Who knows.

I’ve been using Arachadonic Acid for nearly 6mos now and I can definitely feel a difference. I started with X-Gels but since I failed to plan ahead didn’t want to wait for them to ship so I tried these from EA. I’m significantly more sore (good sore) using the same dosage as the X-Gels so seems like these are more potent. In fact I had to ratchet down my dosage to 3 pills (from the recommended 4).
