This stuff works every so often I’m blowing iron. I’ve been taking this since I was in my early 30s. I am now 63 and it still works perfectly. You feel the difference.

While I can’t say yet that they do magical things to my iron levels, they are easy to swallow and don’t cause the usual tummy aches etc.

About halfway through my pregnancy, I was tired all the time. I could take three naps a day and still be fatigued. During one of my check ups it showed that I had pretty low iron levels. My doctor suggested during the course of my pregnancy I take an iron supplement and a vitamin A supplement first thing in the morning. And they weren’t wrong after about two weeks my energy level spiked. It does change the color of your bathroom visits green though for awhile, it’s totally normal. I’ve stopped taking vitamin A but I’m still taking iron in the morning even 10 months post pregnancy and I find that I still have much better energy levels on it!

Very small pill, easy to swallow. No taste and no smell. Only a slight vinegar smell if you sniff the inside of the bottle. My iron is always low. Tried many iron supplements. This beats them all. Will repurchase.

This item is easy to swallow and it has an iron/copper like after taste that goes away a few minutes after digesting this supplement. There aren't any side effects. The seller described this item accurately.
