Can I use it in my car?

This food warmer is great for the car or truck, works very well if you are on the go or on a job site. It also has a plug to use in the office. You can easily carry it where you want.

Would this work to heat up canned food?

It would, the Metal will conduct the heat quite well, start about an hour before you’re ready to eat, it gets very warm, so be careful when holding the can.

What's the difference between reheating food in this portable oven and a microwave oven？

A good choice is to use this portable food warmer during this pandemic. No need to share the microwave at work. Simply put food in the lunch box, plug it into any 110v plug and start your day till you are ready to have a warm meal.

Can we bake bread in this unit?

I seriously doubt it, but then again I haven't tried. If you can cook raw food you just might be able to bake. I bought this for not husband to use to heat up lunch. He has yet to try it out.
