المشكله المقاسات عندنا في السعوديه تختلف اذا اردت توصيله في محبس الحنفيه. وجدت له توصيله بصعوبه من سوق الجمله. لذى وجب التنويه

Wish I'd read the reviews. Impossible to plumb this in. My husband plumbed the whole house but couldn't source connections that would adapt the fittings of this device. Don't see a way to contact the supplier either. If anyone has a solution please post it in the questions section.

I was looking for an add-on bidet that does not require electricity and came across this one. The materials and finish are good. Works as intended. Even though I purchased via amazon.com.au, I unintentionally bought as "shipped from Amazon US" and the parts that affix to the existing plumbing did not match. I don't know why would this be available to be shipped from the US to AU if the standards are different but the important thing is that the factory was extremely responsive and sent the correct spare part at no extra cost to me. Very satisfied, cleaner than before and using much less toilet paper =)

Excelente producto, súper fácil la instalación yo pensé que llevaría una especie de pila pero todo es solo con la presión del agua ahora sí se siente la diferencia de la limpieza con rollo y con agua!

The product is extremely hard to install in Australia as it comes in weird pipe fitting size and extremely hard to fit. Not worth buying in Australia
