They work for sure but you need more then one. I put one on each ankle and wrist. Worked GREAT. With only one on its effectivness was mediocre. The sticky didn't bother my skin either tho I don't think they recommend that. For someone who's o positive its hard to find stuff that ACTUALLY works.

You can start with putting one on the shirt close to the shoulder and one on the shorts opposite side. You can also put them back in the resealable package and use them at a later date.

Can you use these while pregnant?
