Perfect nude for regular wear..love it

This color is perfect for my coloring without looking garish, and I like that it goes on like a lip gloss and yet is a matte. The wand is angled perfectly to use it to line your lips with the color and also to fill it in. I use a fairly thin layer to make it look more natural and a less, “Hey-I’m-wearing-lipstick!” look. I’ve found that when I put it on conservatively, it stays put for a long time on my lips, even when eating/drinking. The Statement Nude color is neither too dark or bright, but it has a richer color than your standard nude. I am naturally very fair complected with dark hair and dark eyes, and using this as a more natural-looking hint of color works for me without looking like a vampire, LOL. When I want to wear more makeup while dressing up, I simply apply a thicker coat on my lips and it stands out as a nice, rich color without looking overdone or wild looking (or like a vampire in my case). This a beautiful color for anyone, imho, who is looking for a prettier color than your typical nude. It seems to work well with most colors in my clothing, too. Another minor point is that it has a hint of a nice scent, and keeps my lips soft, despite the matte look (which can be drying for me in other lipsticks). You can make a little go a long way to make it last, too.

Es un color muy bonito. La textura es perfecta, es cremoso, como un labial mate de barra pero líquido, algo parecido a los labiales Nyx. No es indeleble pero es muy hidratante y deja color cuando se desvanece. El aplicador es muy práctico y la fórmula muy pigmentada. Me parece perfecto para el clima seco del invierno.

I absolutely love this shade. It's a tad darker than I had expected but it's such a beautiful nude shade. It applies SO smoothly, and it isn't sticky like a lot of glosses.. it's not exactly matte since it IS a gloss but if you want an easy to apply, nice feeling "matte" then this is perfect for you. It does transfer, but unlike a lot of matte lip products it doesn't dry your lips or get cakey feeling. It wears off evenly so you can easily reapply.

I'm a huge fan of matte lip products. This product claims to be a matte gloss which is actually quite accurate. It looks matte but does not dry as quick as a general matte lipstick. It does not turn dry like most matte lipsticks but maintains a creamy texture. Does have a floral.. candy smell to it. Doesn't bother me I honestly love it, my only gripe about other matte lipsticks is that it dries out my lips but this product keeps it so creamy but isn't patchy. Colour is very very pigmented. Really beautiful colours. Although statement nude was a little too brown for my taste. Lastly, the applicator is the best. The "doe-foot" applicator helps me apply with ease along the corner of my lips. I wish all lip products came with this.
