When i go out, the alarm system and mobile phone are not connected to the same wifi. in this case,if the alarm goes off can i get notified by phone？

Hello yes. When connecting to the APP for the first time, you need to use the same WiFi. After the connection is successful, as long as the mobile phone has a signal (whether it is a WiFi signal or a 4G signal), the alarm system can be remotely controlled and the alarm information can be received remotely. Is the signal between the base unit and router encrypted?

Can't be encrypted signal from base unit to router. It can be from base unit to other sensors devices from the alarm. A rooter it's only root ing the data. A encrypted data is from a protocol to other. the base can have a protocol that can send encrypted data but the other end you need same protocol to understand the data encrypted.
