The delivery of the item was superb, but I received used items. I was trying to upload a video of the item for review, but I had to stop the video because of the packaging. I feel as though I received used items; the water pick itself smelled of stale water, and the bag that the jet tips came in was ripped open as pictured.Overall I am happy with my purchase; it’s nothing bleach, soap, and boiled water can’t fix 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I got this as a travel option to my Water Pik Aquarius and it's ok for that purpose. A few things to keep in mind:- "portable" is a relative term. Yes, you can take it with you and it comes with a travel case, but this thing is much bigger than I expected. It will take up a lot more space in your bag than an electric toothbrush- Trying to hold a 2" diameter device and press the power switch when you want and not when you don't want can be tricky- Not ergonomically shaped at all- There really are only 2 speeds, Normal and Soft. The DIY mode is a joke. My WP Aquarius has a 1-10 speed control and I would say the Soft mode is comparable to a 5 and Normal is about 8- At Normal speed, this will drain the water reservoir in about 20 seconds- This comes with a tip shaped like the Pik Pocket. However, the Pik Pocket specifically says to use it with the WP lowest setting and this flosser cannot go that low- Because of the water pickup tube, you can really only use it vertically which makes cleaning your lower teeth a challenge and messy. Let's face it, water flossing is messy business and having to keep this flosser nearly vertical makes it worse- It can use the same tips as the WP aquarius, which is a bonus- Only used it a handful of times so can't speak to the battery life

I liked it to give gift to my granddaughter.

It’s compacted, so far I haven’t had to charge it yet. I went on cruise I had no problem. But I don’t know about a plane.

Bought to ensure I keep taking care of teeth and gums even when traveling, giving myself no excuses. Trying to prevent gum disease and tooth loss from occurring.

I like the diy feature that allows you to adjust the water pressure to an individual's comfort. Affordable product, sturdy case for travel. Even though the product is compact its powerful enough to clean

Like that it’s rechargeable and has a metal tube to send water to the pick as opposed to a plastic one.

I like this flosser because it is very easy to clean the water container. I have had to discard others because they were difficult to clean.
