stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick, Long-Lasting Matte Color

My favorite lip product. The color Sheer Patina is beautiful and natural. It dries very quickly once applied. It stays on for several hours. I wouldn’t say it last all day long through three meals and drinks throughout the day, but it is close. I have dried several different lip stains and paints and this is by far my favorite one. Not only for the beautiful color, but also how long it will stay on before needing to reapply. It has great coverage and is a thicker creamy lipstick. I have tried the color Patina and it is pretty too, but is a lot darker than the Sheer Patina color. If you are wanting a natural mauve color the Sheer Patina color is the way to go! It’s beautiful! Love this stuff so much!

I love this brand. This one is not as sheer as I expected it to be, but is still a great color. There is no room for error when applying, but once on and dry, it stays like a champ. Not all day, but longer than most. And it has no funky taste. Works for me! Just make sure one's lips aren't dry and cracky before application. Stila is not hydrating, so will show the texture of the lip. I live in AZ, where the air is super dry, and wear a lot of lip balm, so this is not usually an issue for me, but could be for others. After this lipstick is dry, I do dab some balm on top. This does shorted the staying time, but I need the hydration so I do it anyway because I love these lip paints.

I've tried dozens of "last all day" lipsticks. This is the only one that works for me. It stays on all day long (you have to reapply after eating, though), yet it feels comfortable, not drying. Most long-lasting lipsticks are dark and matte. This one has several shades that are lighter and shimmery.

I guess these lipstick is exactly what it says it is so lit would not be fair for me to give a negative review. It adds a hint of color & very natural, un made up looking. But I'm thinking why do I need it? I could not wear nothing or use a tinted chap stick for a lot less money. But it has many fans so it is something one should try for themselves.

This does go on matte and will dry & stays put. I usually wait 1 minute to dry and put a glossy glitter onto the top to add shine as the description indicates "shimmer" and there is no shimmer. Also says "sheer" yet there is a lot of pigment in the dusty rose color. It does not "feel dry" but you can touch it and will not come off. So overall the details says everything it is not (I have purchased previously and knew what I wanted). It is not sheer, no shimmer and does not feel liquid after you apply it.

I bought this product for the shimmer aspect. There is no shimmer. It is long lasting, and the color is what I expected.

By far the best lipstick I’ve ever used. It stays on for hours, is moisturizing, and it even smells good! (Not perfumey, but kind of like cupcakes). It’s the only lipstick I wear now.

I found this to be extremely sticky on lips and took a while to dry so ended up in the bin. Nice colour but not practical.
