Great upgrade to the V8. Battery now lasts much longer. Highly recommended as the original is useless after a year of use.

Nearly no difference in appearance to original battery and way more capacity

Worked like a charm when I first bought. Was a bit rough to take it out of the station though. After 6 months of usage, the battery is completely dead, so I contacted the seller since it was still in the warranty period. A fast process to replace the battery and we are back to square one. As long as my Dyson works I’m happy:)

You want an early review then I have to say - all good so far from a fit and power performance perspective and on the face of it, looks like great value for money compared to a Dyson Original replacement, but, as with all batteries, only time will tell how well it holds charge and for how long it will perform well

Decent battery life. Still working a year and a half later

I needed a replacement battery for my Dyson V8. I chose this one primarily because they have a wide range of batteries in their store, all of which are highly reviewed as good quality. Their prices are excellent, shipping was quick. It was a perfect fit on the vac, simple to install, and the battery works great after an overnight charge. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The battery is a perfect fit in our Dyson V8 Animal. It is more powerful than the original, so suction and battery life are both improved, and at a fraction of the price. Cannot fault it. Highly recommended.
