Good product bad packaging.
There is definitely a packing issue with this product. I had to return the first order because the bottles were open and the packaging was totally soaked. Second package came with similar issues of loosened caps but did have some product left so I kept it. As for product, it's exactly what I wanted so that itself gets a good rating.

Works great
Bought this to take on vacation. We don't do number 2 if the other one is present. Not by my choice. Everybody poops. But he isn't a fan of BMs so we pretend we don't have them. This spray helped keep the bathroom smelling like lavender which is *not* an obvious sign that something else has just happened in there...

Paid for one empty bottle.
One bottle arrived EMPTY. Scent does not last long. Was not particularly pleased with scent. Would not buy again.
