I found it difficult not to spill water
When I tip my ac unit to pour water out, the water spills down between the ac and this device. Otherwise it’s good

How this makes it easier
I wish had known about this before I bought my new window AC unit. This product should appear every time someone thinks of buying a portable AC unit. So you don't have to use the hose that comes with it, which ended up being a mess.

Doesn't fit under water drain at bottom of Whynter ARC-148 MS Unit
It does not fit under the water drain of the ARC-148MS, which is very low, so useless. Don't know if there is a hose available that could go between the water drain and the drain bucket?

Good. I use it with the Midea Portable AC
Just what I needed. I have the midea portable AC and this works fine for draining it. Only thing is, you will have to lift the AC on top of a crate or something to be able to reliably drain the bottom tray. A bit of a hassle since the AC is quite heavy. Be careful and try to lift it straight up as water can drip from the inside.

It fits the bill and a solid piece. Only complaint is 'why' couldn't Whynter given the tube that will reach from the drain into the drainer? I mean, come on! Had to buy one from Home Depot and just leave it on the drain and it's length just sits within the drain container behind the air conditioner.

Leaks water
Leaks water when draining my Whynter ARC-14 SH. The lip that’s supposed to catch the water isn’t long enough.

Indispensable Product!
If you have a portable AC and need to drain water from time to time, this is a must have. Instead of water all over my floor and carpet, this fits snugly and allows no mess drainage. Great handle to carry excess water easily. Love it!!
